Berwyn Historic District project
One of our project was located in Berwyn. Owner was looking to incorporate of existing flat roof area into new upper floor bedroom extension. Future extension become a part of the new upper floor bedroom with over 160 sq.ft. walk in closet area.
Before Berwyn was incorporated as a city, the Grant Locomotive Company in Cicero had a railroad spur extending into Berwyn as far as Ridgeland Ave.
